I was going to move in with my german/irish friend into an old enough house (which i wasn't thoroughly impressed by but went along with it as long as my friend did) and he gave me his word he would move in.....yet he bailed out after us both paying our deposits, then i asked my other irish friend and he bailed out too for work reasons! So now i am stuck in a house with another housemate who is chinese and i DO NOT get along with him at all, as i have found no common ground and he doesn't seem like the social type.
I am also annoyed with my house as the carpets are about 90 years old, the place smells like dust and it's really messing with my sinuses there are giant rice bags everywhere so the place is constantly cluttered, the toilets broken and the whole look of the place is pretty depressing.
I've only been there two days and i want out already, i have no place else to move into however until i get a job!!
Should I just stick it out and leave when i get a job that way i could save up for a cleaner more modern place.
