I have recently moved into an old house and have come to sorting out the bathroom. There are currently carpet tiles down (which are smelly and unhygenic) that I want rid of. I tried to lift a bit from one of the edges but it was near on impossible to get up. It seems to be stuck directly to the original floor boards (which I would like to remain fully intact) by this super strong black adhesive. I would rather not have to get pay someone to remove it but also don't want to do it incorrectly myself thus destroying the floor boards as I want to mantain as many of the original features as I possibly can. PLEASE HELP!
