Hey, well my family put in wooden flooring in my bedroom, but forgot to remove the wardrobe and put the wooden flooring underneath it too. So, I still had a grey carpet there, which was neglected and not hoovered on a regular basis (well we couldn't hover it anyway without removing the wardrobe) . And over time now, carpet beetles have started building up there. Unfortunately though, as they like fibres, they've been going all over my clothes. Now that we've realised the problem, we're getting a new wardrobe all together and putting wooden flooring there (instead of the carpet) and we're going to spray insecticide there, to get rid of the larvae. But what I'm worried about, is whether there'll still be a few carpet beetles left on my clothes, and the infestation will start all over again. The beetles are really tiny and hard to spot, and I have a lot of clothes. So, how do I make sure I get rid of them for good?
