Baby was sick on our bedroom carpet which is really deep pile, like long threads of wool. Cleaned it with 1001 but think it got too wet and now whole room smells of stale farms!! Like wet dog! Have tried shake n vac but it's not hoovered up properly and now the carpet is 'sticky'. No stains as such just this horrible smell!! Any ideas ?!
