I signed up for a years contract in a studio flat on the condition the flat was cleaned and damp and mould to bathroom and kitchen was got rid of. Apart from the carpets nothing was done. I haven't said anything yet because I want a peaceful life but a month ago I asked if the curtains could be replaced and something done about the mould but nothing was done. I suspect the managing agents are a bit sloppy.
I don't want to appear as a nag or a complaining tenant so how would you suggest i approach this?
I say I suspect the managing agents are sloppy because they gave me a questionaire to fill in when i moved in and i was quiet frank about the lack of service they provided with reference to the lack of cleaning etc and there was no response from them or apology or anything. I had to clean the whole place myself.
