While away from the property my letting agent has caused a radiator leak in my bedroom. From what I've been told, it was only a brief leak while he was there, so he stopped it quickly, but he has just left it for the approx. week since, leaving an awful smell.
I am going to ask him to replace the carpet but am not sure how long the floor will need to dry with the carpet off before a new one is fitted. Our house is very cold which I guess won't help.
