have mildew behind the toilet on the wall, have washed and wiped it dry, the toilet basin itself has a water tide mark on the outside which is dripping water on to the carpet,now into narrow plastic tray, the toilet window has an narrow air vent built in, there is no radiator except what comes from main room, there is not a proper air vent in there, is this likely to cause all this trouble, any ideas would be really helpful especially how and what to use, to clean the wall
