Ok, I have tried sooooo many things and it is getting to the point my fiance is contemplating giving them away because they keep peeing. First Last year we rescued and adult male Maine coon mix from the shelter (he fixed and de-clawed already). He seemed to adapt really well and then wile we we getting him checked out at the vet we ended up adopting a tiny little stray kitten (Siamese mix) who was about 4weeks old. Of course there was some adjusting with them He was not happy about our new addition and I went and got them separate litter boxes because he's very territorial. That seemed to work great ..I keep the boxes very clean and scoop out the stuff about 1x day. Now all of a sudden about 2months ago they started peeing all over the basement.(my basement is only 1/2 finished) We have carpet laid down over the cement. Welll when we first discovered this we cut away the carpet and made sure to check for any other spots. For a while It was ok....while "Spring" cleaning my basement last night i found a HUGE spot where they were going.... I used pet carpet cleaner and bleach on the cement after cutting away the carpet.....I woke this morning to a new puddle along the wall the boxes are clean the smell WAS gone...I am at the end of my rope what can I do????
