I am babysitting my sisters cats for a few months for her as she has moved and can't have them at the moment. The cats are 10 and 11 years old. There was a problem about 8 years ago when the whole family moved out. One cat started to pee in the new house, we thought it was the older one as he had been attacked by an owl. We have since realised it was the younger one. He ruined my parents carpets and they had to be re-done. He ruined the carpets in my sisters house when she moved out and he's now peeing in one spot in my hallway, near his litter box. We clean the box every day and change the litter once a week. Both cats get fed 2x/day at set times and they are able to go outside when they cry at the door (no cat flap, rented accommodation). Both cats have been neutered. The one who pees also chases the older one around the house in the middle of the night. I have been using Urine-Off to clean where he marks, I put tin foil down, but this morning I woke up to pee on the tin foil. Help. I want to kill him.
