My irish pitbull just gave birth last night which was a stressing experience and she proudly gave birth to 4 puppy's. Her mother Instinct have kicked in and she is breast feeding them and grooming them. the problem that i am having is how can i get my dog to go and relieve herself outside and leaving her puppy's inside? At the moment she hesitates to go outside and leave her baby's inside because soon as she decides to go in the garden she runs back in to check her baby's and results in her weeing on the carpet and wooden floor.
Please can some one help me and give me some advice as i am not sure what to do. I do not want her to hold it in and i do not want to take the puppy's outside as it is too cold.
Please help!!!!!
