as opposed to a spongy mattress?
have heard this is true and was wondering what the technical reasons are
anyone can explain why the body and brain seems more tired after sleeping on a spongy mattress as opposed to a firm, flat surface, such as a carpeted floor?
which other parts of the world find this true as well?
please explain the difference of what is happening to brain and body during sleep and how the surface you sleep on affects this? are some people more senstive ? please explain.
thanks for your answers!
