carperight come to install carpets 2 days ago ,because it was most of the upstairs i was downstairs all the time until they finished. i was pleasant with them offered them drinks while they did the work.
when i went to see what they done i noticed that they took the doors of f the Inge's and also they opened a door from a bedroom to put the hangers that were in the doors . before they start i asked them if i need to move something else they told me no ...
when i asked about the doors they told me it was not their job to put them and asked if i needed a carpenters phone number..i told them that nobody authorised them to take the doors or open closed bedroom doors and refused to sigh the form at the end of the job.
one of them was cleaning downstairs and i heard him ask the colleague :
what a fu** is she saying ? i couldn't understand a fu*** word ( i have lived and worked in the uk for 10 years but i'm from italy) i was upset and told them they were being rude,so they left all the mess they did behind banged the door and went away.
this wa all in front of my 6 year old so i'm not pleased at all..they also left staples and nails all over the place so i had to spend all day finding them and ended up with my hands full of scruffs and little holes.
i will raise the complaint with the shop but who else can i contact?
