ive been unfortunate enough to have had these gruesome little creatures in my house for a few years now, my house is spotlessly clean but ive become quite paranoid about them, i think im winning the battle but i still look in my bed before i get in it. ive read up on them and know quite a bit about them but my question is does anyone else hate them as much as me
im in the uk and my local council told me that they are very common also that they wouldnt help me get rid of them unless of course i paid hundreds of pounds, i would have done that but he said they would come back anyway, most people dont even realise that they have them, at first i thought the adults were a kind of ladybird and i just used to put them out the window, me being very kind and all that, but then when i found a hairy maggot in my bed and looked at it under a magnifying glass i nearly fainted, it was the most ugliest looking thing id ever seen, to top it all it burst in my fingers leaving a green pus on them, i looked and found more so i took them to the council who told me they were carpet beetles larva, when i googled it i realised that it was the ladybird type bugs larva, so i was on a mission no more being kind, i squashed every single one i could find, i sprayed, scrubbed, got a new bed, kept it up for 2 year, i think ive won the battle, hope so anyway
