I recently bought a new vaccuum cleaner, I have only had it 10 days and find it very annoying as it blows out dust as I vaccuum. Its an upright cleaner and when I turn it off and bring it back up to upright position after vaccuuming my carpets it kicks out dust at the bottom and so I have to re-vaccuum and so on!
What are my rights in returning this product as faulty? I am tired of vaccuuming up after my vaccuum cleaner! If a product does not do the job it should do satisfactorily can I ask for a refund?
Sorry it sounds like i'm moaning but I have a family and need to clean my carpets every day so dont have time for hopeless household gadgets! P.s. it is an electrolux cleaner
