Back in August we had a leak that flooded and caused damage to our caravan. When the plumber came to fix it he said that a previous leak that had been fixed in March by way of putting in a joint on a pipe was not done correctly as whoever had fixed it had not put in a seal. This resulted in a pressure built up around our caravan and as there wasn't any water running in our van the water found the weakest point which happened to be our van. A lot of water damage was done we have still not had a reply off the park even though we have tried on several occasions to resolve the matter they have clean the carpets and offered £100 but not admitting it to be there fault. The underside of the van was still wet almost 3 weeks later .this is our worry will the floor be safe and what are the camp going to do about it. I would appreciate any help I have emailed photos of the damage and emailed and phone but don't seem to be getting anywhere, apparently the camp owner still has not looked at the damage. The site fees for this year are due on the 1st December and the caravan is due to be closed down for winter..help
