Our Dyson just gave up the ghost and I had been wanting a new one anyway, we have laminate and tile flooring downstairs, but up the stairs we have cream carpets (very foolish with dog and two children!!). However I now desperatly need a hoover that would be good for all our floor types, the dyson (when it worked) wasn't brilliant at the laminate. I would really like one that can clean the carpets as well. I have seen (I think) an Electrolux one (sponsors House on channel 4) that can clean the carpets and floors, would anyone be able to reccomend that one?
Sorry, I ment any good vacuum cleaner, not just the Hoover branded variety. The Meile would be good I know, but I am sure also so very expensive!!
