My staffy bitch is 18 nearly 19weeks old and still isnt housetrained properly? Im at my wits end ive tried everything i think is possible. I used to let her come upstairs with me at bedtime but have now had to stop this because of the constant weeing on my carpet and waking up to 4 puddles, and cant keep cleaning the floor being 30weeks pregnant! I prise her when she goes to the toilet outside and make sure she knows shes wrong when she has a accident indoors, rub her nose in it, firmly say no and tap her on the nose, is this correct? I live in a house and my backdoor is open 24/7 so she has full run of the garden. Seems as soon as my backs turned shes weeing on my kitchen floor. No poo's though, she ALWAYS goes outside for them. The other day i let her upstairs and within 5mins she had wee'd in my sons bedroom, i told her off and put her outside, to let her back in a she wee'd on my brand new sofa! Am i doing something wrong? She is a lovely little dog and i dont want her to have to be shut in the kitchen for the rest of her days!!!! Advice is MUCH appreciated with this....thank you :)
