I recently left my flat n the deal was to leave i t in the condition i found it in. i decorated n had the carpets cleaned, windows.. everything. estate agent came said it looked great n signed to say was ok n my deposit will be returned in 10 days.. that was three weeks ago. now they say there was a little leak where my washing machine was n it stained a tile in the hall ceiling down stairs n are taking £100 to repair it? i feel like im being robbed n dont know what to do?
