ive been cheated of a life, and happiness all my life, my lifes been ruined by others.
im 30 years of age now.....i have a lived in face and have aged prematurely.
so far in my life, ive missed out majorly in all areas of life, on forming any relationships with people........never been employed.....never studied or gained qualifications..
i suffered alot of misfortunes and bad luck, and trauma, bullying, victimisation, mental abuse, throughout my life. ive never had chance to do anything with my life.
ive suffered with rage problems and outbursts that used to happen years ago, i have borderline personality disorder and ptsd......right now ive been refered for therapy.
i live in a small, messy apartment on disability in england....i own nothing except an old custom built computer....no carpets on the floors etc.
so far people have victimised me and ruined my life.
i feel so much rage about this, i struggle with bad mood swing, but sometimes i struggle to just be civil and nice to people....i can easily get aggressive.
as well as a mental health past,
it only just occured to me before as i was thinking.
that along with bullies and victimisers, the system let me down, almost everything....the school system etc all those years ago..
now i live alone on disability at 30 years old and have nothing.
i have a criminal past, nothing very serious, but one never the less.
ive missed out, suffered bad.....and see people everyday with things i dont have, living better lives, theyve not suffered like me.....they have purpous meaning....a direction in life.......happiness and fullfillment....and i cannot help but feel jealous and angry at those people.
i cling on to hope still and my ambitions, which are to emigrate, to leave england with a good paying computer job....live somewhere on the coast.
but i have a long way and are at many disadvantages, tell me what will i do ?
am i righteous in my anger and rage towards people ?
if so how do i control it ?
