It's house spider mating season again and last night a monster legged it out across the living room carpet: the 6 inch diameter beer tankard reserved for these occasions.....WASN'T BIG ENOUGH!! I've only just moved in- now may have to move out. I've been told cats help (which they don't as my two cowards ran away from the spider) and also that spiders don't like horse chestnuts, citronella and various other stuff.....is this true? My house is clean with very few bugs and I have taped up all gaps that could be possible spider portals.....should i start collecting conkers?
