My Dell Inspiron 5160 fell off my sofa onto the carpet floor and ever since, it wont charge. The screen, functions, and EVERYTHING else works fine..the charger is fine too...only when i plug the charger into the back of my laptop does it not work. Know whats problem? (such as damaged battery).
Or know where I can go to get it fixed?
