My female chihuahua is 1 year old and I treat her for fleas and worms regularly and her vaccinations are up to date. Her last treatment was 2 weeks ago.
Just recently she keeps on scratching herself loads (mainly around her back end, back legs and belly area) and she drags her body along the carpet. She also sticks her legs in the air and pulls her bum along the carpet too. She is also producing very foul smelling wind.
I have a Vets appointment booked for Tuesday but this evening she is scratching what seems like every 10 minutes and she seems quite withdrawn.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be??? I don't think it could be worms or fleas as she has been treated.
