I rent out a house in London. The people have been there for a couple of years and have asked for the carpets to be cleaned while they are on holidays. They are returning. Should I, the landlord, have to organise and pay for this?
Oh, Im so glad you guys have said this. I have already paid for 2 plumber visits of blocked toilets/drains where their kids have flushed something down but I have not said anything. they are "friends" so I think they are taking advantage big time!
Kevin, the house was brand new 2 years ago andthey have been the only people living there. I think you are describing the carpet you are have in your own house!
