im currently using reptile carpet, but i find it a pain to clean, so i was thinking about switching to tile. is that ok?
actually sand is bad for them. if they eat it, it can cause impaction in them which can kill them. in the wild they do not live on sand. its mainly rocks and hard earth that they live on and maybe a thin layer of sand.
