my floor in my lounge is concrete with a black covering on top.i have found out there are floor boards under under the concrete.there is bits of yellowie stuff appearing again which were all over my carpet.the floor is sticky and my surfaces are to,there is a dusting falling to.but now there is bubbleing to which is hard then a dent appears like a hole .my skin is sticky all the time to.when you touch the flaky stuff it feels hairy and feels a bit like fibre glass to touch,there are small brown bits to,can the dry rote come up through the if it is dry rot.
