I only just graduate Business Management
One of my friends (visionary) just opened a group with 7 different small companies on it.
He is in partnership with another guy (developer) who is working with him.
Now he asked me to join in as strategic manager to give them both some times as to how better run their business.
He want me to divided into department allocate tasks for the workers and determine how the marketing, financial and HR strategies will be, I might also have to write a mission statement for them, help them out with their vision and ambition.
I have an academic background but not much expertise on (services provided) removal, cleaning, business to business, carpet installation and magazine.
I was wondering how am I going to charge for my consultancy services, how much should I charge and how should I charge?
Should I promise results from my tips, how reliable can I assure them to be?
Anyone could help me out with this
