Hi, I'm moving out of my rented accomodation on Friday and need to give the carpets and sofa a spruce up.
The carpets are cream, and so even though I've dealt with any stains, I need a way of doing a good all-over wash, preferably without hiring a carpet cleaner as I'm pushed for time/money and don't fancy carrying one up all the flights of stairs to my flat!
The sofa again isn't too bad, but needs a freshen up - a few splashes here and there! The covers are removable, but I'm scared of washing them in case they shrink or the colour runs!
Any tips? Any good products I can buy (UK)?
