I have a female rabbit called Lilly-Mae she is now 7 and a half month old.
She was well handled from a young age and she is extremely friendly. She lives indoors and gets attention for around 12 hours a day (she is like a best friend Lol ).
She responds to her name, she knows a clicking noise means food or a treat, she looks for her food at 9 am when she gets fed. She is now hopping in and out of her cage but she knows she is only allowed out when her purple blanket is on the floor. She also knows just to go the corners of the carpet on the floor as it is easier for me to watch her.
So my question is are rabbits naturally intelligent?
Also does the breed affect her intelligence she is a french lop?
Thanks any information will be greatly appreciated
