I Live in a ground floor flat and have a 19 month old wee girl & 7 month old boy,
i have a baby gate on my living room door and last friday she was running in and out of it chasing the dog and the gate was coming back and making a slight noise as it hit the door and my neighbours up above bang banged down really hard that my living room lights shoked and went off and came back on and 1 of the lights have blown now and about half an hour ago my little girl was screamin coz she has a sore bum due to teething and they banged down to me yet again,
They even bang down when i am hoovering or have the carpet shampooer on
not that long ago they had a party until 3am in the morning playing loud music and singing on their singstar and i didnt bother with them
i have also had a couple of people in and they have heard them walking about up above us and said that it sounds deliberate
what can i do about this would i be able to phone the police about there constant banging down to me?
i didnt think the police would be able to do anything but thought i would just check first instead of wasting there time, we'v done that and nothing seems to work, its laminate floors they have got and my bf said that ur not allowed laminate floors in flats ????
