i did a 7 hour shift today but the traveling there and back took 30mins each way...
i have only been getting 5-8 hours a week recently and i usually work in a carpeted area so my feet dont usually hurt too much...
today i was working in a village hall. hard floors through out and i couldnt shit down on my break as all the chairs were infront of the clients (it was a wedding for 200+ people)
my heels are killing me now and my entire feel warm and quite swollen...
what should i do to ease the pain?
