someone i know had a huge fire which completey wrecked their home the couple plus their kid was lucky to get out, all they have is the clothes they got out in, it has completey wrecked their lifes.
As they lived in a block of flats four of their neighbours homes have been damaged by water or smoke or fire. the housing association have put the family who lost their home into temporary accomadation, but they can only deal with structral damage they will not replace the carpets or flooring of the neighbours homes.
As a community we are trying to raise money for these five families who so desparately need help, they are your average working families bringing up kids. does anyone know of any charities who might help our residents association to help these families, any ideas will be so greatly apprieciated
