Okay, so now i realize that the update i have now - 4.2.1 is the most up to date for my generation. and i can't do anything about that right? cause it keeps freezing, and when it freezes holding the button and resetting it doesn't work. i have to wait for it to die then recharge it and sometimes it doesn't charge. it's cracked severly. i got it for my birthday on 2-28-09 so idk it's not that old? i dropped it somewhere around that summer on the bathroom floor. then i ripped up the carpets in my room and you can imagine how much more it got cracked by it falling off my bed. anyway, can someone please help!
