1. Fish.
I have a fish tank in my bedroom on a chest of drawers, the top of the fish tank is flat but it's only a plastic lid so it's not really safe. The cats like to sit on top of it and put their paw in the water, but they don't actually go for the fish. The only time they go for the fish is when they try to put their paw through the fish tank glass, which just results in them not being able to. When i "PSST" them away, they just look at me, and carry on doing it.
How can i get them to stop?
2. Toileting.
Recently, for about a week and a half, i have been coming home to cat poos on the floor, next to the litter tray. I have a covered litter tray, but even when it's clean only one of them seems to use it. I've not figured one which of my 2 cats it is yet, because i don't ever see them do it, they do it when i go out. Also, they've peed on the carpet a couple of times, and my shoes.
What should i do?
I can't handle picking up poo from the floor every day - today i had to pick it up twice!!
3. Worktops.
Whenever i leave my lounge (the kitchen is in the lounge too) i always hear a little bang, so i sneak back in to see my cat on the kitchen surface. He never gets far because i always notice him, but he keeps on trying to get up.
How can i stop him?
My 2 cats are male, brothers, neutered, and around 1 & half years old.
