I bought a logitech x-210 2.1 sepaker and sub and was wondering does a sub sound better on carpet then wood, all i know is that wood lets you feel the bass more.
Which is better, i have carpet for a better sound can i put it on a wooden plank on the floor?
Ive tried the wooden plank you can feel the bass more on the plank alone, whilst on the carpet you cant feel it, btw the sub it near my feet.

Ive tried Music and a movie [Iron man] for scenes like when he goes super sonic you can feel it like a proper cinema experience when its on the carpet.
Has anyone tried both and which did they prefer?
